Brad brings over a decade-long property-rich career to the head of the ACUITY table.
Brad founded ACUITY in 2018 after seeing too many property investors making ill-informed decisions, exposing themselves and their families to unnecessary risk and years of pain.
Identifying the need for a more tailored and specialised property advisory offering, ACUITY was formed to bring clarity to that next property decision.
Prior to ACUITY, Brad worked in the property and development industry in South Australia and Victoria, with experience across property investment, project management, development, sales, marketing, and real estate. With experience on billion-dollar projects, as well as years of investing and buying real estate for his clients, Brad is uniquely poised to provide clear, effective and life-changing advice.
Along with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from The University of South Australia, Brad holds a Diploma of Property and is a fully licensed real estate agent in South Australia, Victoria and Queensland.
Amee Thompson | Business Development & Acquisitions
Amee is the ultimate professional, with over a decade of experience across the country in the health sector, and more recently, almost 8 years with one of Adelaide’s most highly regarded property and asset management businesses.
Amee works closely with many of ACUITY’s clients, assisting with the search and acquisition of residential properties across Adelaide and Melbourne.
Amee also builds and maintains lasting relationships with many of ACUITY’s alliance partners, connecting ACUITY’s services with those looking to buy and invest in residential real estate.
ADAM WRIGHT | ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE
Adam brings over 20 years of experience in the commodities and industrial sector, supporting mining, manufacturing, and heavy industry. He has held senior leadership roles across general management, commercial strategy, and major project delivery with leading organisations in Australia, Italy, and the United States.
Throughout his career, Adam has led large-scale contract negotiations, overseen complex capital projects, and driven sustainable revenue growth. He has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened strategic partnerships, and delivered operational transformation across Victoria and Western Australia.
A long-standing passion for property, investment and renovation naturally led Adam into the buyers’ advocacy space. He is driven by a genuine desire to create meaningful outcomes for clients, using property as a vehicle to build wealth and security.
In his role at ACUITY, Adam works closely on the property research and search process. A key role understanding and interpreting client strategies and translating them into action. He undertakes a rigorous search and assessment process to identify, uncover, and evaluate high-quality opportunities for each client’s objectives.

With over two decades in property and business, Vicki brings a sharp eye, strategic mindset and unwavering commitment to helping clients secure the right commercial property, whether for their business or as an investment. Her reputation as a trusted advisor is built on delivering strong results and lasting value through every deal.
Before founding her own advocacy business, Vicki was CEO of one of Melbourne’s leading sustainable property developers, a role that deepened her passion for aligning the right people with the right property outcomes.
Her approach combines rigorous research with intelligent, strategic negotiation. Vicki’s mission is clear: cut through the complexity, give clients control, and achieve the best possible outcome for their future.
