Team
BRAD MORRIS | FOUNDER + DIRECTOR
Brad has worked in the property and development industry for over a decade in South Australia and Victoria, with experience across project management, development, sales and marketing and real estate.
With experience on landmark projects including Bowden, a $1 billion+ master planned development in South Australia. Brad was part of the team providing sales and marketing services and development advisory on land transactions and developments valued in excess of $140 million.
Additionally, Brad has worked in project management, sales and marketing in the Victorian property industry transacting tens of millions of dollars’ worth of established and development real estate including apartments, townhouses and house and land projects.
Along with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from The University of South Australia, Brad holds a Diploma of Property and is a fully licensed real estate agent in South Australia, Victoria and Queensland.
